Towel Giveaway

Thought I would give away a couple kitchen towels if anyone is interested. Just tell me a little about yourself in the comment section. I will pick on Saturday, Nov. 1st.

Going to help with yard work today. Kind of windy and cold. At least it's not snowing.

Give away towels

Have a great day.

Nice to meet another Grandma in this blogland of youthful Mommas. I am Linda but my nickname is lindanuts---from the days when my kids were in high school. I guess I might have been the crazy/cool Mom. Sure were a lot of kids here all the time. I have lots of grandkids, too. We are getting a new one anytime. Our daughter, Sara, and her family are adopting a 3 year old girl from China. The girls outnumber the boys. Our 3 grandsons are all blonde, blue-eyed and left-handed. The granddaughters are a hodge-podge of ages and sizes and colorings. Oldest is 19, youngest is 3. They have all the colors available---and naturallly.
I am a retired pre-school teacher, 57, love to cook and create. My dh is 55, cute as a button and hard-working. We have 9 mini-dachshunds and as of Friday are adopting a full-blooded Jack Russell terrier from the pound. We wish we lived in the country but we do live in a wee little town of fewer than 100 people. We have taken turns at being mayor. We garden and can. We are prepared for a tough winter--just in case. That's a lot to digest but I really would like to win your towels. I'll be back......

I share LINDANUTS feelings. It's great to find a "mature lady" blog. I started one this spring to share a trip I was taking with my family. I'm trying to keep going, but my life isn't always that interesting. I'm also a SAHM with a part time job.

Come visit my blog- then I will have non-family reader!
